About Project
Although this cozy waterfront cottage is a new build, it replicates the cottage that originally sat on this site for several generations.
Due to the proximity to the water’s edge, the rebuild needed to stay within the close confines of the original footprint. Therefore, we designed this compact but efficient ICF lakefront getaway that takes advantage of the view, with lots of windows and a large lake facing balcony.
