About Project
A hilly terrain waterfront lot was the location for this project. We worked with the family to design a new home that takes advantage of the stunning lake view with an expansive deck, cathedral ceiling and a wall of windows. It has three bedrooms upstairs with the living area and lots more space in the basement.
The walkout basement is another feature that allows the family to readily engage with the landscape. From here, it’s just a hop, skip and a jump to the dock! Typical stick-frame construction and spray foam insulation makes this home easy to build and cozy all year round.
