About Project
This well-maintained century home nestled in the heart of Pembroke featured a sunroom original to the house that just wasn’t serving the homeowners as well as it once did. The roof was resurfaced the year before we were contacted so keeping the roof structure was key, but all other framing was removed and replaced.
The homeowners also decided to fully insulate, and add HVAC and new electrical to give the new sunroom year-round comfort.
This space is now the couple’s favorite space to enjoy their morning coffee and watch the rise.
